Cancellation of your appointment must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. All payments are non refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted and will be determined on a case by case basis. No call / No shows will not be allowed to reschedule. A valid credit card must be kept on file before your appointment begins. A minimum of $250 will be charged to your credit card left on file for any damaged equipment, clean up, or over time. General studio rules can be viewed here: https://www.coprohouse.com/rules RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All persons being photographed or on the premises of CoLab Production House agrees to release and hold harmless CoLab Production House, its’ agents, and/or representatives from any and all direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages or costs, legal or otherwise, which the person may incur as a result of being photographed or otherwise on the property of CoLab Production House.

The use of CoLab Production House studio is at the “risk” of the person and any conduct taking place inside the Premises (common areas, as well as Camera Room) is not under the supervision of CoLab Production House, its’ agents and/or representatives. Additionally, all persons being photographed or on the Premises (common areas, as well as Camera Room) agrees to hold CoLab Production House, its’ agents and/or representatives, harmless and indemnify against any injury claim or responsibility for any personal injury on the premises of CoLab Production House. All equipment, furniture, studio facilities (including, but not limited to ladders and/or lights) is used at the persons own risk and not any responsibility of CoLab Production House, its’ agents and/or representatives and/or studio renters. The person understands and agrees to be held liable for any damage or loss to CoLab Production House, its’ agents or representatives that is caused by the person’s own negligence, misconduct, or fraud.
