RULES 

Payment of booking fee is acknowledgment of these rules for renting at CoLab Production House. It is further understood that while there are rules/responsibilities for the “Booker” and the “Photographer”, both are equally liable in responsibilities while using the CoLab Production House studio space. If equipment is damaged and requires repair, both the “Booker” and “Photographer” are responsible for the repair. If neither the “Booker” or “Photographer” satisfies any outstanding payment related to any damage, neither the “Booker” or “Photographer” will be allowed to use CoLab Production House until the required payment is made.

The Rules/Responsibilities are as follows:

• NO Confetti, glitter, sprinkles, paper shreds, dirt, sand, powder (i.e. gender reveals).

• Any activity/photoshoot involving, but not limited to liquid, paint, food (such as a cake smash), live animals, flower petals or set designs MUST be approved by CoLab PRIOR to use. IF IN DOUBT, ASK BEFORE USING

• Booker is responsible for any equipment damage caused by guests including Photographer.

• Do not enter any other room than your assigned room. You may only use the equipment, backgrounds and backdrop stands, etc. in the room you are assigned.

• You may only sit and wait in the “green room”. No hair or makeup in any room other than your assigned room.

• No outside Bluetooth speakers. You may only use the Bluetooth speaker provided in your assigned room.

• Children MUST ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult.

• We will knock on the door indicating you have 10 minutes remaining. Once your time is complete, we will enter the room to prepare for the next booking. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• FAILURE TO END YOUR SHOOT IN YOUR ALLOTED TIME WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES.
