HOUSE RULES:
Damage to studio lighting equipment will result in a minimum $250 damage assessment.
Do not change or remove light modifiers. We will change or remove them for you.
House lights cannot be turned off.
Use of loose confetti, glitter, sand, fake blood, real rose pedals or other ridiculously-hard-to-clean-up stuff will result in a cleaning fee of $150.
You may only use what is provided in this room. Backdrop paper length is not guaranteed.
No smoking, fire or pyrotechnics of any kind. This includes cigarettes, cigars, Vape pens, smoke bombs, candles, incense, hookas or any other kind of smoke / fog device unless approved by CoLab Production House
Pets/animals must be caged / kenneled / contained until its their time to be photographed. Animals must be supervised by an adult human at all times. Animals are not free to roam about freely.
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to roam any areas of the studio without adult supervision.
No drugs allowed on the premises.
No alcohol allowed unless approved by CoLab Production House
No outside bluetooth speakers.
No high heels in the dressing room.
VFlats are not to be stepped or stood on.
Bookings with more than 10 people will be considered an event, therefore will incur additional cost.
When your studio time has 10 minutes remaining, you will be reminded by a knock on your studio door. If you’re still inside the studio after your scheduled time, you will be asked for payment for additional time immediately ( if time permits ). Studio time is billed by the hour only. No 15 minute or half hour intervals. Time booked at 7pm or later will be at a night differential.
The renter is to be the last to leave. Please do not leave any guest behind.
Any BTS (behind the scenes) footage posted to social media would be appreciated with a tag, mention or location. Our handle is @CoLabProductionHouse
We have monthly membership available for photographers. Come see me after your session for more info.
Additional set pieces are available at an additional charge. Outside set pieces must be approved by CoLab staff.
